Scope of Consent
By submitting this form, I (the Property Owner/Authorised Representative) grant permission to Illumin8 Productions (the Producer) to enter, photograph, and record video and/or audio at the property described below in connection with the named project.
Grant of Permission
I hereby grant the Producer and their crew, equipment, and vehicles reasonable access to the property for the purpose of recording. This includes permission to:
- Photograph and/or video record the interior and/or exterior of the property.
- Record audio at or around the property.
- Reproduce, publish, and distribute the resulting imagery in any medium (broadcast, online, print, social media, cinema) in connection with the project and its promotion.
- Edit, composite, colour grade, or otherwise modify the recorded imagery as part of standard production workflows.
What This Consent Does NOT Permit
- Any physical alteration, damage, or modification to the property beyond what has been separately agreed in writing.
- Use of the property imagery in a manner that is defamatory to the property or its owner.
- Disclosure of the property's address in published materials, unless separately authorised.
Duration & Territory
This consent applies to recording on the date(s) specified below. The right to publish and distribute the resulting Materials is granted in perpetuity and worldwide, unless a specific limitation is noted below.
Indemnity
The Producer agrees to take reasonable care of the property during the recording period. Any damage caused directly by the Producer or their crew during the recording will be remedied or compensated at the Producer's expense, subject to reasonable negotiation between the parties.
Insurance
The Producer holds current public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
Revocation
This consent may be revoked for future use only by submitting a signed written notice to Illumin8 Productions. Revocation does not apply to Materials already published, distributed, or contractually committed prior to receipt of the notice.
Release of Claims
I release the Producer and any commissioning client from any claim arising from the publication of imagery of the property in accordance with this consent, provided such use does not breach the limitations stated above.

I acknowledge that my personal information is collected in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), solely for the purpose of recording consent for this production. Contact:
