AI Image Generation — Consent & Likeness Release

Scope of Use

By signing this document, I hereby authorise Illumin8 Productions to use my photographic image and/or video likeness for the purpose of AI-assisted image or video generation as part of the project named below.

This authorisation applies only to the named project and may include:

  • Submission of my photograph or video still to a third-party AI generation platform for the purpose of creating synthetic imagery based on my likeness.
  • Use of AI-generated imagery incorporating my likeness within the final deliverables of the project (e.g. promotional video, advertisement, social media content).
  • Reasonable post-production modifications to AI-generated output (colour grading, compositing, editing) consistent with standard video production workflows.

This consent does not extend to:

  • Use of my likeness in any project other than the one named above, unless separately authorised in writing.
  • Creation of defamatory, misleading, or pornographic content using my likeness.
  • Sale or licensing of my likeness data to any third party.

Technology & Data Handling

Platform used: The AI generation for this project is processed via a third-party cloud-based platform (e.g. Higgsfield, or as otherwise disclosed). This means:

  • My image will be uploaded to the platform's servers for processing.
  • The platform's own privacy policy and terms of service apply to data handled on their infrastructure.
  • Illumin8 Productions will take reasonable steps to ensure the platform selected has appropriate data handling practices, but cannot guarantee the actions of third-party providers beyond their published terms.

Illumin8 Productions will:

  • Only upload the minimum imagery required for the generation task.
  • Not store my image on third-party platforms beyond what is necessary to complete the generation.
  • Retain source imagery and generated outputs only for the duration required to complete and archive the project.

Ownership & Usage Rights

  • The AI-generated output forms part of the project deliverables and is owned by the commissioning client and/or Illumin8 Productions as defined in the project agreement.
  • My underlying likeness remains my own. This consent grants a limited licence to use it as described above, not a transfer of identity rights.
  • I will be credited or acknowledged where reasonable and appropriate, unless I request otherwise.

Right to Review

Where feasible, I will be given the opportunity to preview AI-generated imagery incorporating my likeness prior to public release, and may request reasonable modifications if the output materially misrepresents my appearance or character.

Revocation

This authorisation may be revoked at any time prior to public release of the final deliverable by submitting a signed written notice to Illumin8 Productions. Once the deliverable has been publicly released, revocation may not be practical, and the parties agree to discuss any concerns in good faith.

Australian Privacy Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that the collection and use of my image is conducted in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). I have been informed of:

  • The purpose for which my image is being collected.
  • The fact that my image will be disclosed to a third-party AI platform for processing.
  • My right to access and request correction of personal information held by Illumin8 Productions.

Electronic Consent & Execution Notice 

By completing and submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree that:  This electronic submission has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature pursuant to the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and the Electronic Transactions (Queensland) Act 2001. I consent to executing this document electronically rather than in wet ink. I confirm that the information provided is true and correct, and that I am the person identified in this submission (or am authorised to act on their behalf). I understand that my submission is logged with a timestamp and IP address, which together form the evidentiary record of my consent.

Collection Notice (Privacy Act 1988):

Illumin8 Productions collects the personal information in this form solely for the purpose stated above. It will not be disclosed to third parties except where required to fulfil the stated purpose or as required by law. You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting .
