Your story is safe with us.
Every project starts the same way: with what you bring us. Send your footage, your brand and your vision below, and let's start turning it into something worth telling.Drag, drop, done. This uploader takes files up to 50GB, plenty for most edits and finished masters. Working with something larger, like raw camera files or a long-form project? Get in touch and we'll arrange another way to get it to us.
PREPARING YOUR FILES
Not sure what to send us? Here's a quick guide.
A little preparation goes a long way. Here's what helps us deliver the best possible result, first time.
Video Footage
- Frame rate — For broadcast television, we work to 25fps (the PAL standard used across Australian TV). For cinema presentation through BIGSCREEN, footage is delivered at 24fps. If you're unsure which applies to your project, send us your footage at its native frame rate and we'll handle the conversion.
- Resolution — 1080p minimum, 4K preferred where available.
- Format — MP4 (H.264) or ProRes for the cleanest result. Where possible, avoid footage that's already been compressed for social media, as quality can't be recovered once it's lost.
- File size — This uploader accepts files up to 50GB. That comfortably covers most finished exports and compressed masters. If you're sending raw footage, uncompressed masters, or anything larger, reach out to us directly beforehand and we'll set up a transfer method that suits.
Logo & Brand Assets
- Vector files preferred — AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF. These scale to any size without losing quality, which matters for cinema screens as much as business cards.
- No vector on hand? A transparent PNG at high resolution (2000px or more on the longest edge) will do the job.
- Brand guidelines — If you have them, send them through. It helps us stay true to your identity rather than guessing at it.
Photography
- High resolution JPEG or PNG (300dpi minimum for anything destined for print).
- Original files rather than screenshots or web-saved versions, wherever possible.
Audio & Music
- WAV files preferred, MP3 accepted.
- Let us know if any music you supply is licensed for commercial use, or if you'd like us to source cleared music on your behalf.
Scipts, Copy & Reference
- Word documents or PDFs for scripts and copy.
- Reference videos, mood boards or links (Vimeo, YouTube, Pinterest, whatever you've been using to think it through) are all welcome.
Not sure about any of this? Don't let it hold you up.
Upload what you have and we'll follow up if we need anything else.
A word on confidentiality.
We understand that what you send us here often isn't finished, isn't announced, and isn't for public eyes yet. Unreleased campaigns, internal briefings, sensitive footage, material your organisation simply isn't ready to let go of. We treat it that way from the moment it arrives.
Every file uploaded through this page is encrypted from the moment it leaves your hands to the moment it reaches ours, protected in transit and again in storage using industry-standard encryption for both the transfer itself and the files at rest. Nothing sits on a public page. Each upload is only ever accessible through a private, randomly generated link, with the option to add a password for anything especially sensitive.
Digital Pigeon. Digital Pigeon
For government and corporate clients working under NDA, embargo or classification requirements, we're glad to formalise that in writing before any material changes hands. Just let us know.
Your story stays yours until you decide it's ready to be told. That's not a policy we've bolted on. It's how we've always worked.
